About Kevin

Kevin is a leadership consultant with over 20 years experience building individual, team and organisational capability in everything from start-ups to global companies. He has held senior roles across multiple verticals, including global tech (Google), pharma (ICON) as well as international education, healthcare,  fintech and the music industry.

Before entering the private sector, Kevin had a successful career as an academic and entrepreneur, publishing multiple papers in learning technology and lecturing in learning science, technology and leadership at Trinity College Dublin and the National College of Ireland. He spent six years as a research fellow at MIT where he was a prize-winner in the MIT 100k Entrepreneurship Competition. He co-founded Harmony Line Music, a technology company based in Boston, and spent a number of years mentoring start-ups at Ireland’s National Digital Research Centre.

He is a certified executive coach, is accredited in multiple psychometrics including Insights Discovery, MBTI, DISC and ECR (Emotional Intelligence). He is an associate faculty member at both Henley Business School, UK and the Irish Management Institute.

In a previous life Kevin was an award-winning classical guitarist and conductor, and is currently on the Advisory Board for NewHarmonyLine.org, a children’s music education charity.
