My coaching philosophy is developmental and person-centered, but grounded in a deep commercial awareness along with a nuanced understanding of individual needs and organisational and career dynamics.  

I also make use of a range of psychomentric and diagnostic tools as a means to deepen and broaden conversations.

It is an excellent tool for more senior leaders to build self-awareness and also provides a powerful shared language to enhance team collaboration and effectiveness.

MBTI is an excellent tool for building basic self awareness, self-management and communication skills, especially among first line managers. Learning to recognise our own preferred style and that of others is a key skill in becoming an effective leader and manager.
